Reappointment of Auditor
If the Auditor has completed his term of 5/10 years as the case may be then whether he is eligible to reappoint for another term of 5/10 years??

An auditor after completion of one term of 5 consecutive years,he shall not be eligible to become auditor for same company for next 5 Years.
