I do some technical work of my clinet at my home and my annual income approx Rs 4.5L I don't have any profession degree...
I want to file IT return for A Y 2018-19 which ITR will be applicable to me and can I file online or not?

It seems to me that you are providing a kind of service for which you are receiving fees, according to me you should go for filing itr 3 which is for business and professionals, but it will require you to upload your profit and loss & balance sheet for the year.
Alternatively you can go for a simple way by deducting the expenses incurred by you from your fees received and showing the net income in income from other sources stating any other income.
In the later case you can go for filing itr 1 but remember to so only the net amount under other sources as it will be your taxable amount.
