Kindly guide if real estate developers totally engaged in residential project want to opt new scheme of 1%. Though he have to reversed credit.

ITC available in credit ledger need to be reversed in Gstr 3b by raising debit note

We want to calculate ITC reversal according to formula specified in notification 3/2018
