Here's the query
Eg Flat value ₹50 lakhs
total consideration received till date from the buyer of flat is ₹30lakhs total service tax on flat value ₹225000 out of which ₹135000/- service tax already paid now Buyer will give ₹225000 full cheque as service tax but ₹20lakha is still pending
then what will be the effect in GST on ₹20lakhs ???
should i have to pay GST ??
