Real estate agent who takes commission on sale/purchase transactions of individual's residential houses/land
How there agg turnover to be calculated and whether they need to take compulsory registration ?

now they will not charge their commission, the whole transaction will be treated on their name, therefore turnover will be the sales value of properties dealt by them and same concept for purchase. However, they are not required to transfer the property on their name.
Means they need to take compulsory regst !!
