Please help
One of my client "Private Limited Company" holding share application money from relative of shareholders. Now they are asking for share allotment
please let me know the procedures fro the same.

You have not mentioned since when the company is holding the share application money. As per the provisions of companies act, 2013, w.e.f. 01.04.2014 if the company receives share application money, within 60 days shares are to be allotted.
