There are various techniques of increasing Reading Speed,which you can learn once again from any book on that subject or from Internet. With due respects, SM language is often not easy to grasp in one quick glimpse. Further, Law, Tax needs careful reading which slows down the speed.Because ques are asked based on some small part of a provision. Revisions enable you to increase reading speed. With experience you can know what is relevant & whether you will be able to remember it & how to remember or memorize. It just needs consistent reading & study. Study & reading are not same. Study requires more time & effort.
