I have revalidated my CA final registraion on 26-8-2013, do i need to revalidate it for Nov'18 exams. Please suggest.

yes, as registration for Foundation valid for 3 year, IPCC valid for 4 year & Final for 5 years only. After that period one has to renew the same if not clear exams.
