We have some stock of rawmaterials on 30th june but no CENVAT/VAT credit to carry foward becoze it was utilise before 1st July in that case we need to fill TRAN 1or not

Yes you can utilise your itc and you have to fill TRANS 1 as it is important to fill the form to avail the credit before 1 july.
