The MCA does not charge any fees for re-submission.  It is as good as filing an addendum to a particular e-form.  Moreover the  a new challan will also not be generated.  Only an intimation would be given stating that the re-submiitted form has been accepted.  

Generally these forms are approved either on the same day or within 1 or 2 days of filing

I have less idea about this 60 days clause but yes the MCA portal says that the forms can be resubmitted without fees upto June 30, 2007.  That means that if any form is re-submitted after June 30,  2007 it would charge a fees

There is no fees if submission is made within 30days for form 1A and if submission is made within 60 days for other forms.
