i have exhausted all five attempts of pe 2 in june 2009 . do i have to re register before applying for nov 2009 exams...

The rule regarding max 5 no. of attempts, was done away with, long back...
so you can, appear in Nov2009. And you may qualify it in June2009 itself. Why think negative....!
