Query regarding CISA

I have cleared PCC in November 2008 and am planning to go for CISA Course. I am a BCOM student from Mumbai University having given my TYBCOM Exam in March 2009 for which results will be out in 2-3 months.

I came to know from ISACA's Website (https://www.isaca.org), that in order to get CISA Certification, there is a requirement of experience besides successful completion of the exam, The requirements are given on following link of website:

https://www.isaca.org/Template.cfm?Section=Requirements&Template=/ContentManagement/ContentDisplay.cfm&ContentID=20453

It is interesting to note that there are Substitutions and waivers of such experience. However, this is where I could not quite correctly interpret the provisions in respect of following:

1. Can the work experience of articleship (practical training) of all 3 years be claimed as a substitution or only 1 year can be claimed?

2. Can the BCOM Degree be considered "the equivalent of an Associate or Bachelor degree" as mentioned in point 2 of substitutions given on above link of website?

3. If the above cannot be claimed, then what exactly does work experience call for. Does it refer to work experience as a practising CISA or is it the experience on a job. I am pretty much confused about how and when can one be said to get such an experience

I am sure someone who is a CISA or undergoing the course will be considerate enough guide me through these queries

Thanks in advance
