Re-opning case
The assessee has not filed return for the AY 2012-13 & the case was reopened on 27.03.2018 by issuing notice u/s 148 .In response to which assessee has filed Return within one month from notice u/s 148and assessment was completed on 25.12.2019. Whether Int. u/s 234A be charged. Please let me know.
