Stick to the study material provided by ICAI. Its more than enough....

Yeah, as such material is completely enough for conepts to understand... But then i think u shd also refer book published by PADUKA PUBLICATIONS... It covers complete subj. in Q-A format, and really helps a lot, esp for a theory subject....

MANMOHAN, first clarify, whether u want job in MNC, a foreign company in india or foreign country?? or an indian company in abroad??
