Re-imbersements of Expenses to Foreign Sister Concern

 

Hi Friends 

 

Company A (Indian company) is engaged in providing equity research through a website (i.e we are service providers). Company A wants to re-imberse certain amount of Expenses, which was incurred by Company B (Foreign Sister Concern). 

 

Is there any company compliance required under FEMA or any other regulations.
