Re-credit of GST refund not admitted
The nodal officer, while processing GST refund application RFD01, disallowed some amount as inadmissible, as stated in RFD01 but the said amount is not RE- CREDITED to ECL yet, even after 3 months of the said order. What shall be done to get it recredited, now?

Wer d grounds ineligibility
Nodal officer unable to answer. Even in our RTI query, she has given reason saying "MAHAGST B.O. SYSTEM TECHNICAL ISSUE".
The officer has to disclose the reason to you if the ineligibility is genuine. Other if there is any technical issue ask the officer to refund the amount.
