I have sent an application to The Exam secretary , ICAI new Delhi, regarding re- examine the Direct & indirect tax papers mentioning non satisfaction of marks alloted in direct taxes paper in which i was expecting 70to 80 marks. Sir I know that as per verification rule that there is no provision for revaluation of papers. As this time my exemption of cost management paper -66 will be withdrawn now i have to appear in all subject. Sir can I apply to any agency or Govt. Deptt to take help in this regard as Iam sure and my previous 10 year experince that the number alloted by the icai is not correct and will be increased up to 70 to 80 if re-check my answer book . Sir let me know the procedure how to apply for taking copy of answer sheet to Right to information act . Sir please help me as iam giving the 2nd group exam since 1999 but couldn't suceed.
