1. Is it possible to re-appoint WTD by passing resolution by circulation (board resolution)?
because appointment of WTD is only by passing resolution at board meeting not by circulation.
2 In case Company fails to get in-principle approval of secured creditors when company makes default in repayment.

No WTD is a KMP l. Refer section 179(3)(k) read with rule 8 of chapter 12
