Hi Akhihlesh,

There are very high chances that this section's applicability will be further postponed as the Parliamentary elections are due to held in a year and the Government is very keen on stabilising the current GST regime and it will not take any measures which will further affect the trade and industry.

However in case no extension notification is issued upto 30th June, this provision will definitely be in application from the 1st July 2018.
