RCM turnover
if am taking service r goods from suppliers i need to pay RCM my doubts if that service provider turnover is below 20 lakhs then also ineed to paym

If you are registered dealer and purchasing any goods or services from unregistered dealer (with turn over less than 20 lakhs), then RCM applies. You have to pay GST first, then you can avail its ITC.
