Rcm suspension

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me whether RCM is suspended for all unregistered categories or for some of the categories because I saw in recent notification of GST that RCM is suspended for Purchase from Unregistered dealer but not goods transport services.

What happens if we do not declare RCM purchases.

rcm suspended (all) upto 31-03-2018
