Shall i file rcm cases i.e purchased from unregistered dealers and GTA CHARGES,

PLEASE CLARIFY ONCE

RCM U/s 9(3) not removed so have to be shown GTA in first table of 3B with cgst and sgst.
Rcm u/s 9(4) suspended till march so purchase from unreg. is not to be shown.

Yes I agreed to Mr RAMESH D MODI.,

But, In case you are URD supplies on or before 12th October then you ll be pay Tax under RCM basis as per sec 9 (4). From 13th October the section fully suspended...

Sec 9(3) is applicable from 1st July. It's not suspended...
