Dear Sir,
please suggest if one GTA is registered in GST and 2nd is unregistered and both provide services to out of State then recipient will deposit RCM Under head IGST. or in registered case recipient deposit rcm Under IGST and unregistered Case Recipient deposit RCM Under CGST/SGST

One of them must be registered under GST...... service provider OR recipient.....one party must register........ 12% in forward case and 5% gst in RCM case.....

Okay but you don't understand my point In unregistered GTA if he provide supply From one state to other state then service recipient in which head he will deposit RCM Under CGST SGST OR IGST
