Dear Sir,
If GTA is registered belong to Uttar Pradesh place of supply Uttar pradesh to Punjab then RCM deposit tax head under IGST. And if GTA is unregistered belong to Uttar pradesh place of supply Uttar Pradesh to Punjab then RCM deposit tax head under CGST /SGST OR IGST
please suggest

In this case where GTA is registered in UP, if Punjab person is liable to pay freight he shall be deemed to be the recipient of GTA service and if he is registered under GST i.e. B2B then POS shall be location of such person that is Punjab. accordingly IGST shall be charged.
