Dear friends I'm register in Regular scheme of Gst and I pay 30000 PM rent for my Retail shop, and shop owner is unregistered person.
can I have to pay Gst on Rent under RCM.
please suggest me.

No as renting of immovable properties are not covered under RCM and further owner is also not required to obtain registration under GST as the taxable supplies are under the threshold limit.
