RCM problum

if we r registered and dealer inregistered so this is RCM case we have cgst 9% sgst 9% liablity to pay tax directly gov ... so in this case this RCM liability can we adjust him as our output tax ... like we have output cgst 14% output sgst14% can we combine our RCM tax in this out put tax ... ???
