RCM is postponed hoto 31.03.18 declared 2 days before
now my question is whether we have to pay RCM for the month July to Sept.

No .. If u have already paid .. U can claim ITC
Dear P.T Sir, you have to pay RCM for the month of July to Sep. But from October to March do not pay RCM section 9 (4) and 5 (4) falling RCM.
do you have any notification for that (july to Sep)
