Rcm place of supply is igst but charged and claimed cgst and sgst

RCM on GTA services by a person in another state where we have been registered (eg. We are registered in karnataka but transporter is of gujart then Pos would be Karnataka and IGST should be paid and cliamed )but we have paid Cgst and sgst instead of igst so 

What should we do and how to correct and claim the input back as we would have to reverse the paid(i thnink its not possilble) and input of cgst and sgst and pay igst and cliam the input again
