SIR,

AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT UNDER GST REGIME FOR RCM LIABILITIES. THEN HOW WE WILL INDICATE THAT WE ARE MAKING PAYMENT OF RCM.PLEASE REPLY

At the time of issuing invoice, since it will be the responsibility of receiver, Tax invoice should contain that the invoice is being issued under Reverse Charge liability. Further at the time of filing details in GSTR 1 and GSTR 2 you will have to fill such details of reverse charge in seperate tables as provided therein.
