Is it mandatory to pay RCM payment in cash or can we adjust through available ITC?

you need to pay from cah ledger and will claim input credit

For unregistered dealers recipient shall pay tax under RCM. In such cases on who's name RCM invoice to be made? Whether consolidated invoice can be prepared with common HSN and tax?
