Service tax registered in Testing & Technical service, Last Month we paid RCM against Man Power service (Ex. Gross amt Rs.100000/- @ 75% -Rs.75000/- ST paid (75000*14%=Rs.10500/- ) Rs.10500/-, we can adjusted above st paid amount Rs.10500/- for this month ST payment ?
