At present as per CGST notification, a registered dealer should pay tax on URD purchases?

The act has provision for RCM when supplies received from URD (e.g. sec 9(4) of CGST etc.); but it is waiting for the notification of supplies which may be specified which should be charged under the section !!!
NO RCM on URD purchase at present
