RCM on Unregistered dealers
I'd like to know if expenses like stationery, tea and other small expenses from the persons who are small vendors and unregistered, covered under RCM?

how is it possible to find out the HSN and SAC codes and respective rates to pay. we purchase so many things from needles to many other items. Don't you think it is stupid, they burden the normal tax payers
do we need to track even small expenses?
