RCM on transportation
I paid transportation charges in cash and amount is less than 5000. Can I liable to pay tax on RCM basis.

Any RCM payment does not come under 5000/ limit. So you have to pay the same in cash and take ITC credit.
The limit of Rs. 5000 does not apply in case of GTA
