we would like to know weather Rcm on GTA goods transport agency unregd above 5000 which was suspended is siti exist or not so also for transport with gst no pl reply

GTA services fall under 9(3) , & the section 9(4) is suspended , so do rcm

no rcm if bilty is less then 750/- for single consiment, & bilty less then 1500/- for more then one consignment
