we hire a tempu traveler for our staff pick and drop from 01.11.2019.
now please tell me :-
1.) are we liable to pay tax on this under rcm and tell me rate of tax?
2.) if yes than can we take input ?
3.) if we can't take input than why we can't take?

In my opinion if vehicle has seating capacity of more than 13 passengers (including driver), then u can take ITC , otherwise not
