RCM on taxi Hire
One of my client is runing Cab business, he is hiring some cab for running his business. Shall RCM applicable on those services or not?

Currently unregistered delaer RCM is deferred till 30th sep 2019. For hiring of motor vehicles there was no RCM applicable under specific reverse charge as the service was not listed in the specific services liable for RCM
