hi, if we paid rent on commercial land, and gst does not apply to It by landlord, we need to pay rcm or not?

w.e.f. 18th July 2022 RCM is applicable only on residential dwelling by a registered tenant whether or not landlord is registered.
No. You don't have to pay GST under RCM for rent paid for commercial land.
