As we aware from notification 22/19. my query is if any proprietor is registered in GST and billing to body corporate as well as other.
for body corporate GST will not be charged as it cover RCM but for other they will charge.
now how it will be shown in return.
Say Taxable Value 100000 and GST 5000
Total Invoice Value: 100000
Total Taxable Value: 100000
GST: 5000
Supply attract Reverse Charge: Select (i.e. Yes)
