Rcm on rent
I am paying 20000 per month rent so i have to pay rcm but if i paid rs 20000 in 5 equal installments in month, then am i liable for rcm or not?

as per my opinion Your agreement of Rent should support such period and total expenses should be less than Rs. 5000/-on said date
