01 July 2017IF a registered person (recipent) take industrial property on rent from a registered person (supplier) then who will have to pay GST on it.
recipent under RCM (under rent expenses) or supplied have to pay GST (under rent income) or both.
and if supplier pays GST on rent income, can he get it back??

RD supplies rental service to a RD. Supplier will carge 18% GST over tax invoice to Receiver. Collect from Receiver and pay to Government after deduction of ITC, if any.......
Again, Receiver can take its ITC credit in his outward GST supplies..... thus chain continues in GST
