Hi,
we have received secretarial services from company secretary, that cs firm is not registered under gst. so, do we required to pay RCM on those services... ?
and also received audit services from auditor who is not registered under gst act, is it required to pay RCM...?

Both services are not registered under RCM

RCM not applicable in both the cases.
