plz clarify me RCM is applicable on profit and loss item like staff welfare, tour and travel exp, sale promotion etc. if applicable than can we claim rcm input in Gst

yes u can claim RCM input in the return
for clarifying u that RCM is applicable only if amount exceed 5000 in a day
