No... no RCM applicable.
In term of Notification 5/2022 CT rate as amended by Notification 15/2022 CT rate : Renting of residential dwelling to Registered person other than proprietorship concern RCM is applicable.
Note : No RCM is applicable if the rent is paid for the Non-residential premises.
