Rcm on local transport

i have paid local transport charges of rs. 253700/ than rcm is applicable or not..ya local transport fully exempted in gst..

you have to deposit 5% of freight charges paid by you on RCM basis in cash

Yes. If without consignment note or LR or GTA then it's exempt....

only upto 750 or 1500 are exempt on certain conditions

otherwise taxable

Transportation by party other than GTA is exempt..
