whether fees paid for inspection to Maharashtra Pollution Control board is liable for Gst under RCM?

Information is not available. Type ‘Reverse charge on specified services’ and you will get a list.

No it's not under RCM . It's Exempted Services.
Note : Any fee paid in regard to treatment plant , waste etc Non govt concern is taxable

The said Service is not covered under Reverse Charge Mechanism ( RCM ). Neither Section 9(3) nor Section 9(4) of the CGST Act 2017 covers this transaction.
