I have query regarding RCM on import of service foreign consultant has incurred expense out side the country for which he is claiming reimbursement from Indian company apart from his consultancy fees are such reimbursement bill liable to RCM payment? Pls help😊

Yes, you would be liable to pay GST under RCM. You can avail credit to the extent used for making taxable supplies including exports.
