how to disclose same in the returns ??
and avail the credit for the same in the subsequent month ???
Yes RCM is applicable
Show the Import & RCM tax amount in Table 3.1 row (D) & For Input show the Import amount in table 4, Row A(3), & IGST deposited as input under Row A(5)
