RCM ON GTA service
if register dealer paid tranport charges to gta.....then at what % gst need to pay. in rcm....is eligible for input tax credit

Rate is 5%. Yes you can claim ITC.
if u pay @ 12% then u can claim ITC and not if u pay @ 5%

That is for the GTA. As a service recipient you can claim ITC irrespective of the rate. Whether you pay GST under RCM at 12% or 5%, you can claim ITC.
