08 August 2017I have received freight bill from transporter and transporter registered in other state. (i.e. i am regular taxpayer in Tamilnadu & transporter registered in Bangalore).
Should i pay IGST on RCM or SGST & CGST ??????

You need to look from where the transporter has raised you the bill or bilty, on that basis, you charge IGST or CGST/SGST

Transporter register in banglore so he can only bill with his registered state.
